TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing products on this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All Sales are Final. No returns on custom work.
  2. If products are damaged during shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly. We insure all packages for their value. We of course will assist you in any way we can.
  3. All finished sizes are approximate.
  4. Colors displayed in images may look different depending on your device’s monitor and therefore are not guaranteed. If you need to match something exactly, please order a swatch from us first so you can see it in person. No returns or exchanges on products due to a non-matching color.
  5. Processing time varies depending on seasonal demand. Usually, one or two items will be ready for shipping in one week. Large orders such as packages or multiple draperies may take two to four weeks. If you need a rush order, please contact us to make sure we can accommodate your needs before you place your order. There will be an extra charge for any rush orders. We will determine that amount depending on the quantity of items you will be ordering.
  6. We have no control over shipping times. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier if the carrier doesn’t deliver within their stated time frame.
  7. We use cream piping on all products that normally include piping, unless you tell us otherwise within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us via email or enter the requested piping color on the “Order Comments” section when you place your order.
  8. We welcome custom changes to most products we offer for sale (size, colors, materials, design ideas, applique). Please let us know what you envision and we will present you with a quote via email. If you accept, then we will create a custom listing with your name on it on our store (ex: “Jasper’s Custom Listing”). Select your listing to purchase the items.
  9. If you change your mind about any aspect of your order, or if you need to cancel it, you have 24 hours from the time it is placed to contact us via email or phone for a refund. After 24 hours, no refund or changes can be made.
  10. Some of our product pictures show optional elements such as contrast trim, embroidered lettering, or designs. These are for illustrative purposes and are not automatically included in the price. Each option is priced separately at check-out. You will need to make your selections at that time, which will result in an updated price.
  11. Digitization Service – One time fee for converting customer’s professional logo or hand-drawn artwork into digital file format for embroidery (.dst file). More complex designs will require our quote before you proceed since they may incur special handling and result in a higher priced file. One Time Only Fee – No matter how many items you choose to have embroidered, this is a one-time only fee.* We will keep your file on hand for any future work done by us, unless you notify us after the original order is placed, in which case we will delete the file from our records. We can also email you a copy of the completed file at no extra charge if you request it, within a six (6) month time period. *(Please note that if you ask us to delete your digital file, and you decide to order future embroidery work from us, we would then require another order for Digitization Service.) Disclaimers: (1) We reserve the right to refuse to add any design or logo which we deem as copyrighted work owned by someone else other than the customer. Example: Mickey Mouse. By ordering any embroidery or applique work from us, you declare that you are the sole owner of your artwork, design, and/or logo. (2) Due to potential privacy and copyright reasons, we will not honor any requests from outside vendors to send them a customer’s digital file. However, you may request the file directly from us as noted before.

FAQs

How do I order something with my custom logo on it? We need a digital embroidery file to do this (called a .dst file). If you already have the file, just email it to us. If you don’t, we can convert your professional artwork into this file format. This is called “Custom Logo – Digitization Service” and is ordered just like a product on our site. You only have to have the file converted one time. Then it can be used on any products you order now or in the future. The only other cost is the per item charge to place the custom logo on your product, which is included at check-out as a selection.
